Wife's absolutely gutted the shop has had to close as the personal/professionalism here is second to none, oh and another family run business disappears from the high Street.
We've always used this shop as quality /price is always good. now as for the focus on online business now, 1st class would be great but my experience was far better as my purchase was delivered outside of any courier service a few hrs later after purchase , maybe geographical benefits however this shop was outstanding and I envisage the same levels of service will apply to online trading.

As the shop has now closed down I purchased my cards from their website . I also telephoned Kim as I had a query on two of the cards I wished to purchase. The query was sorted out for me. I placed my order and this was delivered by first class post . Excellent service. If you have used Special Thoughts in the past you can continue to do so through their website. Cards still of the same excellent quality. And as I said any query will be sorted if you contact Kim by phone whether cards or gifts.
