Do you have a minimum order value?
No, you can buy just one card or just one gift if you like.
Do you ship worldwide?
Not for the time being. We are a small family business located in the UK, however if there was enough demand it is something we could look into.
Is paying by Credit Card on-line secure?
Yes, it is completely secure. Your credit card details are encrypted and cannot be read over the Internet. At no point do we see, store or have access to your credit card information.
How do I know that my order has been received?
You will receive an automated e-mail confirmation just after you have placed your order. When your order is then despatched you will receive another email, known as the Order Fulfilment email, which will detail the courier of your order.
How soon will I receive my order?
If your order is placed before 11am Monday - Friday then we will try and despatch it the same day, depending on the volume of orders. The delivery will then be 3-5 working days.
I’ve tried to order 6 cards of the same design but a message on screen advises me that you only have 4 in stock, what do I do?
If you would like to e-mail us at specialthoughtsdoncaster@gmail.com we may be able to get them quickly for you, more stock may already be on its way. Alternatively you can fill out the Card Enquiry form
If I’m not completely satisfied with my order, what can I do?
In the unlikely event that your order does not meet with your expectations please let us know!
I'm concerned about the quality of the greetings cards I'll receive, whose cards do you stock?
We deal with many of the same companies as those found in most high street shops. We pride ourselves on the quality of our cards and gifts, and have established a firm reputation for high quality products.
